Which devices does Wordnerd 3D support?

iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 16 or later. Android support is planned for a future update.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to the settings menu in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same account used to make the original purchase.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Please send a bug report to the support email above with a detailed description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any relevant screenshots or device information.

The wordlist is missing a word!

Please send an email to the support address above with the word you believe is missing, and we will review it for inclusion in a future update.

How do I delete my account or data?

Go to the settings menu in the app and tap "Delete account." Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data.
